Whoop! It’s a mini haul from Ricky’s NYC. I love this place. Each time I pass one of the storefronts, I talk myself out of entering because I know going in ‘just to look around’ results in a purchase. This day was no different. Check out the beauty finds I walked away with after my most recent visit to Ricky’s NYC. Fun times!

I snatched up two pastel neon nail polishes. These Ricky’s NYC branded nail polishes are in the shades Hudson Valley Getaway (left) and Highline Hangout. I really like both of them, and I like that Highlight Hangout isn’t too much of a blue-based lilac nail polish.
This ultra cool water-activated cream pigment Aqua Color by Kryolan. It’s a UV Day-glo shade in Hot Pink. I hate using flash in photos (as seen in the second picture), but I needed to use in order for y’all to witness the greatness that is this hot coral! YAAASSSSSS CHILD, YES! This probably isn’t made for use around the eyes, but I can’t wait to use this as a winged liner. I’ll deal with the consequences later. #SorryNotSorry.
These two cuties are cream Stick Blushes from NYX in the shade 06 Orchid (left), which is a soft peachy coral with a flash of gold reflect, and 08 Tea Rose, a no-fail grown-up mauve that flatters most–if not all–skin tones. I’ve used Tea Rose every day since I’ve purchased it. Definitely a new fave. These are great additions to the summer makeup bag because you can also dab them on the lips for a quick wash of color.
There you have it, children. My ultra short and sweet mini haul from Ricky’s NYC. I bought a few other things that weren’t worth photographing, but I wanted to share some of the fun stuff. Seriously, though, buy those NYX Stick Blushes. You’ll be glad.
